Lithospermum incisum (Fringed Puccoon)

Semi-desert, foothills. Canyons, shrublands, woodlands. Spring.

"Litho", is Greek for "stone" and "spermum" for "seed".  "Incisum", Latin, refers to the incised, fringed edges of the trumpet flowers.
